SUMMER

School is over!!!! My junior year did not end with a bang, it flew by. Finals, AP Tests, messing around in classes because teachers were as ready for summer as we were...I was upset though because this year AP classes were required to have a final and the AP test. It was such a rip off. But its all good... My first week of summer has been so lazy!! It has been fun hanging out with friends, going to the movies with old friends, and reading into the wee hours of the morning. Here are some pictures of school:
This is Marissa and Rachel, twins in my ceramics class. It was fun talking to them this year, about silly things twins do!!Here is Brooke, aka my potential partner in crime! She doesn't read my blog, but if she did, she would understand why I am laughing maniacally now! Mwahaha :) She is awesomeLexi and Aubrey on our birthday! Our table and the table next to ours sang happy birthday to us SO LOUD, it was kinda embarrassing. Luckily, since there are two of us, half of the people said 'Katie' first and half said 'Lexi' first, so you couldn't really pick out either name clearly :)
Here is me and Thomas, on my birthday, in the cafeteria! He gave me the awesome hat!!Thomas Thomas Thomas. Thats all I have to say about that.Larissa, and Matt in my hat!Chelsey and Joel, wearing my and Lexi's hats. I LOVE this picture haha
Me signing yearbooks on one of the last days of school...sniff...

Ok so this video is not good AT ALL, it stinks, but at the VERY beginning, you can hear Mike's principal Mr. Rother announcing Mike's name at graduation. And then Nick and Luke chatting... :) sorry the video stinks
Here is Larissa's hair one day in seminary. Matt, her scripture partner, thought it was fun to put stuff in her hair, and she did not object...yes that is a phone in her hair... it was so funny

I am so glad its summer! HAPPY SUMMER EVERYONE!

Birthdays, Prom, and Other Stuff

Monday is Nick's birthday, and Tuesday is my and Lexi's birthday. So today, Nick got his present and Lexi got hers:

He got a Nintendo DS i, the newest version of it. He was so cute, using it all day!
Lexi got her own phone! So now we don't share one anymore! YAY
Mike went to prom at his school today. (My mom is going to be so mad that I blogged about her son's prom before she did... :) ) He took this really great girl, Amanda, who is so pretty:

Here is a pic of them in front of my pop's car, Lexus to be exact, and its SOOO nice. I want it. Anyways, here they are:Her dress was so pretty too:
My dad was trying to find a good place to take pictures, so he asked me and Lexi to pretend to be Mike and Amanda, and I love this picture because we did the same things with our mouths (except backwards) without planning it: Ok here are some more pics of stuff that has happened recently:

I love these pictures because if you click on the pic and look closely, you can see that our eyes are all different colors!! pretty!

Me, Lex and Karissa in Thomas's carHere I am, concentrating on my shot. Wait, I am actually playing basketball??? I know, I know, surprising. I was in a 3-on-3 basketball tournament the other weekend, and while I did not get hurt that bad, I did bruise up my knees pretty bad. The picture isn't very good, and does not do my bruises justice:Luke being SOOO cute, basically asking me to take pictures of him. I love this boy:

Well, I think I hit everything I wanted to. Goodnight!

AP TEST

Today I took my AP HISTORY TEST. After so much studying I am finally done with that class!! But I actually really liked it, learning about the history of our nation. Last year I took an AP World History class, so it was nice to limit the history to just one country. This was my teacher's first year teaching in Arizona, he moved from Florida, and ...lets just say we were learning about the Kennedy presidency last week. Ya. But there was not much on the test I felt ..never mind I am not allowed to talk about it. :) But I feel that I did well on the essay part of the test: A DBQ (document based question, we have to use 10 or so documents that we have never seen before to answer a question they give us, use them as evidence in our argument), and 2 free response questions. Oh did i forget to mention the EIGHTY multiple choice questions? And the time limit: FIFTY FIVE MINUTES. 'Nuff said.
I dont get my results until mid-July. I just want to check online for my results right now but I have to wail til summer to get them in the mail!! AGH.

I have my AP English test next Wednesday. For that one, we have a Synthesis essay, a Rhetorical Strategy essay, and an Argument Essay. And 55 multiple choice questions in 60 minutes. (that sounds like a piece of cake compared to the history test, but we have to answer those questions about passages we have to read and analyze). That is going to give me a major headache. :/ ah the things we do for college...

100th POST!!

This is my 100th post!!!!

........

I can't think of anything cool to do for it so I will have to think about it and get back to you.....

Schoooool

Here are some pictures of stuff that happened this week at school:
This is one of my best friends, Thomas. I took this picture on Random Wednesday, where everything about him and what he did was random. He is an very unique person, and is hilarious. He brought his pet fish with him on Random Wednesday in a water bottle. Yes, you heard me. A fish. In a water bottle.

His random backpack: a Wiggles backpack!!!

Aubrey looking disgusted that there is a fish on the lunch table!!!

Seminary!!!

Here I am, being the Seminary President, starting up class...I think...

My freshman friend Matt!

Larissa R. and Matt, both REALLY cool people!

Brother Goodman (LOVE him), Matt and Larissa, acting like dorks :)

I LOVE SCHOOL!!
