I am packing five days worth of stuff because Lexi, Mike and I are leaving with Brad and Jeff for EFY early tomorrow morning. Mike, mom and dad told me to pack light, but that is kinda hard. Right now i have two duffle bags, but am sharing one of those with Lexi. It is going to be freezing cold and rainy in Utah at BYU!
I am super excited for a number of reasons, and one of those being that Lexi and I are spending the night (Saturday, next) with my cousin Jackie (thanks Jackie!) who lives in an apartment right off campus. I am looking forward to that. But I am not looking forward to the 14 hour drive to and from Utah stuck in a car with FOUR boys. Lexi and I are going to be outnumbered 2:1! Grrr. But I am not complaining!
When we get home from EFY next week, or the 2nd, I only have two days before I leave again! That is going to be crazy. I am wondering how that whole transition will work, from driving for a whole day to a day of "down time" to a whole day on an airplane. But once I get to Jenna's, hopefully it will slow down and I will be able to relax... ya I doubt that! :)

Summer with a hint of crazy weather
Today is the first day of summer! Obviously, I wanted to go back to school because I missed it so much, so I went to the school my mom works at and the school my younger brothers go to. I took some pictures of Luke's class, then went to Ms. Allison's class. She was Lexi's teacher, so I took some pictures there too (and we picked up her yearbook!) At noon, when school got out, it started to POUR rain and HAIL too!! Hail, in May! wow. So all the kids were going crazy, because of the rain and because it was the last day of school. At that school, there are no overhangs or awnings, so the area right inside the doors were packed, and the six feet of covered cement outside the building was packed too. The whole family minus mom was waiting while Mike went to pull the car around, watching the rain and hail. Then we ran to the car, protecting cameras and yearbooks. there was literally three inched of water on the asphalt, and all our shoes were squelshy wet. The current temperature is 73. You could say that Arizona is bipolar because two days ago the temperature was over 100.

Finals!!
Tomorrow is the first day of finals. I have a math final, and then on Wednesday I have Science and Spanish (I took my AP World History Test last Thursday). So, not a bad set up. I just want to get them over with so that summer can start! It feels like summer because today, the temperature was over 100! I wonder what the weather is like in Zurich?
Today I brought my camera to capture the last full day as a sophomore, and the last day of lunch (Tuesday and Wednesday are half days), but my batteries died in A hour! Karma.... But I will take more tomorrow.

A Formal Apology
This is a formal apology to my mom, because I got mad at her for sending out this blog adress. And I said something about her in a former post, so I am formally apologizing for being rude to her, because it was unneccessary. Love ya mom!!
